I am going to share a true story with you, and I wish for you to make up your mind if you feel that my fight is right and honest. On March 22,2011, as I turned the corner to drive to Doc's home, Doc pointed out a Catoosa County Police Officer, he was setting in his car facing south talking to a man who lives down the street from Doc. From my understanding every time Doc's truck leaves the house this man calls the police. So now this Officer turned around and drove into the yard where I was taking off my shoes because my feet was wet from work. The Officer asked for my Drivers License and I gave it to him. Then he came back and asked for my Social Security Card Number. Moments later the Officer said that I was under arrest for driving on Suspended License. I told him that this was impossible, i have not had a ticket in a long time a matter a fact all most 20 years. On March 24,2011, I was taken to Court in front of Judge Gene Lowery. Judge Gene Lowery asked me to accept this Probation Plea and if I can show this Court that this Driving on Suspended is in error he would dismiss this issue against me. I felt that I had no other choice but to accept this offer, or in plan words I would go back to jail and all of my property would be lost as well as my little job project, that I lost anyway. As I walked north on, HWY 41, looking for where my truck was, I was wearing flip flops and dressed like a Floridan, I was cold my feet hurt from being stoned bruised and cut from broken glass. A lady took pity for me and gave me a sweat shirt to wear, and other people offered me money but I turned down the money, I was lost and it took me close to 4 to 6 hours to walk back to my truck. On March 25, 2011, I contacted the Department of Safety, known as the DMV in Nashville Tennessee about this issue and I was told that I had a fine that I did not pay back around 1992 in Rhea County Tennessee. So I contacted this Court House and was sent a Document that Stated that this fine was paid on December 1, 1992. And this is the information.... State Of Tennessee Department Of Safety cased 277 Defendants name; Henry E. Massingale Date off offense 9/22/92 Date of Convection 12/1/92 Type Of Offense; DOS Driving On Suspended Name Of Court General Sessions,County,Rhea. All fine and cost were paid in full. Dian Brown / Judge Clerk 3/25/2011 from the State Of Florida the Document – March 29,2011 State of Florida Division Of drivers License Neil Kirk Building Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0507 Henry Massingale Your Driving privilege is not under revocation or suspension in the State Of Florida. Please present this letter as your authority to apply for a license from the above date. Sincerely Sandra c. Lambert,Director Division Of Drivers License Code ID Num: 802 record/Inquiry Data ct1.No: 252385572580 Type issued Class Driver License issued 8/31/2009 exp: 7/18/2018 On March 29,2011 I sent copies of this information to Judge Lowery and to the Mrs. Tina Lane Probation Officer Georgia Probation Services, 925 Lafayette St. Ringgold, Ga. 30736 706-935-2960 The Nashville DMV Department Of Safety, the Officials there told me that they do not care what the Court Of Rhea County said or what the State of Florida states, that now i have to pay a $ 535.00 reinstatement fee to lift this Driving on Suspended. Judge Lowery of the Catoosa County Probate Court House Rejected the Documents from the Rhea County Court House and the Documents from the State Of Florida, as well as the Georgia Probation Office,rejected official papers that clear my name within this issue. I started to investigate this issue of how this driving on Suspended was done against my Social Security Card. I called one of the DMV Department of Safety local here in Tennessee, and this is what I found out. On and around 1/22/2011 a flag went off at the DMV of Nashville Tennessee where i allowed a background check so that I could work certain job. The DMV placed this failure to pay a fine in order to bring about a Driving On Suspended, because they could not suspend my Florida License. In order to find our why, i did a data search and back around 1995 when I got my Florida License the DMV of Nashville in the State of Tennessee wanted a $1500.00 reinstatement fee, the DMV in Delray Beach Florida requested what this amount of money and why this amount exceeded State and Federal Guide Lines. The DMV of Nashville refused to comply and even as today refuses to respect Interstate Federal guidelines Between States. Now this is my question to all, I find this use of my Social Security Card un-lawfull and this is why as I read the Governing Body Of laws within. I find the use of a fake Bolo of failure to Pay a fine in 1992 illegal. This Alpha Dog territorial marking within my life has place me in harms way and the DMV Officials Of Nashville Tennessee violated my rights. That the DVM of Nashville Tn. Up dated the system because of people like me that take advantage of the system. I find this statement Discriminatory. But I do understand that how is it that people like me does not get a ticket held against my record for all most 20 years. “ I became board with this world of Courts and tickets, that is how”... Within any Governing Body of Laws and or between States, these Laws are for The People To Govern themselves by, but most important, any Official of the Court or Office, you are sworn into Office to Represent The People, and this same Governing Body of Laws Orders and Official to obey these Laws while in Office. I have respectfully submitted Documents to the Above Officials in my behalf within this Case Re;Citation 074155, and I am totally lost of why that this information is rejected from being heard. Our Government wishes to bring about a Federal I.D. Card , I will bring my support in a on going goal to return our Social Security Card back to what it was created for, and the use of the Federal I.D. Card as it is to be used for and all S.S. Numbers will be removed from the Data base within. A finale statement, over this discriminatory statement by the DMV Of Nashville Tn.... People like me.... Allow me to introduce my self seeing how we have had no contact in about 20 years and why you feel that this issue of a DOS back around 1992, is worse then a Drunk Driving Charge.
